First parts cast following first round of auditions for Don Giovanni

First auditions for Bath Opera’s Don Giovanni summer tour were held on Sunday 3rd December and the following parts have been cast.

Ottavio – Alexander Pinkstone

Donna Elvira – Charlotte Whittle

Zerlina – Maisie O’Shea

Masetto – Joseph Folley

Applications for audition for the remaining parts of Don Giovanni, Leporello, Donna Anna and the Commendatore are invited, and second auditions will be held at 5pm on February 4th, at Widcombe Junior School unless otherwise advised on the web page. Please write to production secretary Fiona Gray at summertour-bathopera@outlook.com with a filled out audition form (available on the auditions page) and a CV if available. The audition panel would like to thank all those who auditioned, congratulate those who were cast, and offer commiserations to those who were unlucky. There were some very impressive auditions.

Our apologies for the time it has taken to make this announcement, but unfortunately there were last minute train cancellations on the day of the auditions and a couple of offers of parts were reluctantly declined for voice reasons.
