Our Productions
Bath Opera presents two major strands of work every year:
- Our Main Stage Production — a fully staged opera with orchestra, performed at the Roper Theatre.
- OperaCorto — our summer tour of intimate, 90-minute English-language productions.
We bring opera’s great stories to life with clarity and passion. Each production is sung in English, allowing performers and audiences to connect directly with the drama, text, and emotional world of the music. We are proud to offer opportunities for emerging artists, to re-imagine classic works, and to perform in a range of settings — from major theatres to beautiful community venues across the region.
