Die Fledermaus – Johann Strauss II
Bath Opera is recruiting a Music Director and Stage Director for our February 2027 production of Die Fledermaus (Johann Strauss II), following our sell-out Carmen this past February.
This is a fully staged production with chorus, principals, and orchestra — a strong opportunity for both early-career and experienced creatives to develop their work on a full-scale operetta.
Honorariums:
Music Director – £1,500
Stage Director – £1,000
Rehearsals begin in September 2026.
We are particularly interested in UK-based directors able to work in Bath.
We welcome applications from previous candidates and those looking to build experience in a supportive, ambitious company.
